Emailton is an online marketing platform headquartered in Scotland, United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “Emailton”). Our Service enables our Members to, among other things, send customised emails through our online software (“App”), including advertisements and links to Websites and Landing Pages.

We also provide other related services, such as graphic design, animation and user experience consulting.

1. Members Privacy

This section applies to the Personal Information we collect and process from a Member or potential Member through the provision of the Service.

The Personal Information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Emailton, your Emailton account settings, the products and features you use, your location, and applicable law. However, the Personal Information we collect broadly falls into the following categories:

You (or your organization) may provide certain Personal Information to us when you sign up for a Emailton account and use the Service, consult with our customer service team, send us an email or communicate with us in any other way.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

1.3 Information we don’t collect

Emailton uses third party functionalities to improve the experience of the Members in our platforms, such as Facebook to connect with our agents via chat (Facebook Messenger) and Paypal to make payments when purchasing Plans and Email Designs between others. We do not store any of the Personal Information the external partners collect from you in our systems. Emailton maintain and review the security and liability on these external software constantly.

2. Cookies

Emailton uses cookies to enable us to improve our service to you and to provide the best experience to our users. Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable us to recognise your browser and help us to track visitors to our site. A cookie contains your contact information and information to allow us to identify your computer when you travel around our site for the purpose of helping you accomplish your target.
